How do I use it: After bathing, massage gently over the entire body, concentrating on dry areas such as elbows, knees, and ankles. For a weekly hair conditioning treatment, massage a small amount into hair and scalp and cover with a warm towel and relax for 15 minutes. Shampoo as normal and rinse. For nail treatment, massage onto skin as an intensive moisturizing manicure or pedicure, concentrating on cuticles.
