It can be used wet or dry. On your face, apply onto the high points of your face such as the upper cheek plans, cupid's bow, forehead, center of the brow, ball of the nose and above the brow arch. On your eyes, apply onto the browbone, the inner corner of the eye and the center of the lid. On your body, apply onto the collarbone, décolletage and the tops of the shoulders for a luminous glow.Pro tips: For added intensity, mist your brush with a setting spray before dipping into your highlighter, then apply with a fan brush.
